We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at C&D Industrial Maintenance. This position is essential for managing our financial transactions and ensuring timely collection of payments. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service while maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer accounts for outstanding payments and follow up as necessary.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with credit analysis to evaluate customer payment histories.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients regarding their accounts.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Familiarity with financial software such as NetSuite.
- Experience working in Service Titan
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
