This is a hands-on leadership position — not a desk job. Our technicians both service and install residential HVAC systems, and we need someone who can oversee jobs, train and mentor technicians, help solve difficult problems, and step in and work alongside the team when needed. What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and mentor residential HVAC technicians
- Oversee both service calls and installation jobs
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and help technicians solve difficult problems
- Ensure service and installation work meets C&D's quality standards
- Visit jobs and assist with challenging repairs or installations when needed
- Help resolve customer concerns and escalated situations
- Make sure technicians have the tools, equipment, and information they need
- Help keep technicians and jobs moving smoothly
- Hold technicians accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
- Work alongside the team in the field when needed
- Lead by example and maintain the quality standards C&D is known for
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced residential HVAC professional who has the technical knowledge and leadership ability to earn the respect of the team. You may be a great fit if you are:

Experience & Requirements
- 5 years of residential HVAC experience required
- Strong experience with both service and installation
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring technicians
- Ability to oversee jobs and recognize quality issues
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Clean, valid driver's license
- Full-time availability
- Own basic HVAC tools
Formal management experience is not required. If you're a highly experienced technician who is ready to take on more responsibility and help lead a team, we'd like to hear from you. Experience and ability matter more to us than a management title.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
