What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Sales Manager position at C&D Clean Energy?
Responsibilities
- Capturing market opportunities in designated region
- Acquisitions of new customers
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
- Support marketing activities and market communications
- Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade related major is preferred; Master would be an advantage
- 1-2 years of large and medium-sized international trade, experience in PV inverters, solar modules, solar cells, and related industries are preferred.
- Good understanding of the local PV market
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
- High reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
Other Requirements:
1、Proficiency both in written and spoken in English
2、Able to travel on a regular basis
3、Located in/nearby Chino Hills is preferable
