We own and strive to improve the three-level training system of C&D Group. The system starts from a basic business training and a training for fresh graduates. Then it aims to develop the capabilities of employees as well as their basic-level and middle-level management skills. Finally, the staff will receive leadership training for intermediate and senior executives as well as be encouraged to engage in corporate culture. Comprehensive training courses with rich forms help to improve the capabilities of employees and achieve their own value.

In USA，our main products to sell are Solar modules , Solar Inverters, and BESS (battery energy storage system ). Our Solar modules production factories are located in USA and Cambodia. Meanwhile，we also develop and invest the commercial size Solar Power Projects in USA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients
- Assist clients in managing their accounts and investments
- Conduct research and analysis on various financial products and services
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with corporate accounting and cash management activities
- Provide technical accounting support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in public accounting or financial services preferred
- Strong knowledge of asset management and investment strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using financial software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
