Skilled Remodel Technician / Multi-Trade Craftsman (A-Player)

Location: Parkersburg, WV

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Skill Level)

Full-Time | Year-Round Work

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll perform a variety of residential service and remodeling work including:

• Carpentry and finish carpentry
• Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile)
• Drywall hanging, finishing, patching, and texture matching
• Residential plumbing repairs and fixture installation
• Basic residential electrical work
• Bathroom and kitchen remodeling
• Trim work, doors, windows, framing, and punch-list items
• Diagnosing and solving jobsite problems
• Communicating professionally with homeowners

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience
• Strong skills in multiple trades
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Able to lift 75 pounds and work in varying conditions
• Own quality hand tools

Preferred

• Experience leading projects or crews
• Plumbing or electrical experience
• Ability to read plans and perform layout work
• Customer service experience
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
