Part-Time Position
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (9:30AM-3:30 PM)
Responsibilities
- Managing daily activities, such as inventory control , order documentation, and supply management.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation. Ability to write professional, clear, and grammatically correct emails and documents.
- Customer Interaction: Managing good amounts of incoming calls, emails promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in technical or operational roles.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) is a must.
- Prepare, pack, seal, and label outgoing items, ensuring they meet carrier and customer specifications.
- Resolve problems with shipping, such as delayed orders, missing, or damaged items.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies to accurately inform customers.
- Strong typing skills is required. 50-60 WPM is a common standard for this position.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
