The Pressure Wash Helper assists the lead technician with residential and commercial exterior cleaning services. This role supports daily job operations, helps prepare equipment, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and ensures jobs are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance while representing the company. Key Tasks & Duties Assist with pressure washing and soft washing of residential and commercial properties. Help clean exterior surfaces including: Houses Roofs Driveways Sidewalks Decks and patios Fences Gutters Set up and break down hoses, pressure washers, tanks, ladders, and other equipment. Mix cleaning solutions according to company safety guidelines. Rinse, scrub, and pre-treat surfaces as directed by the lead technician. Help maintain equipment cleanliness and organization on the work truck or trailer. Assist with property protection including covering plants, outdoor fixtures, and sensitive areas before cleaning. Perform general labor such as moving hoses, handling tools, and supporting job-site setup. Clean and organize equipment at the end of each workday. Responsibilities Follow all company safety procedures and job instructions. Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers. Wear proper work attire including company shirt and appropriate footwear. Help ensure each job site is left clean and in excellent condition. Protect customer property and landscaping while performing services. Communicate effectively with the lead technician throughout the workday. Report any damaged equipment or safety concerns immediately. Punctuality & Attendance Requirements Must arrive on time and ready to work each day at the scheduled start time. Reliable attendance is required. Frequent tardiness or absences will not be tolerated. Employees must be prepared for full workdays that may vary based on weather, job size, and schedule. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Transportation Requirements Must have reliable transportation to arrive at the company meeting location or job site on time each day. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required for helpers. Employees must be able to travel to different job locations throughout the workday. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work outdoors for extended periods. Comfortable working around water, cleaning chemicals, and pressure washing equipment. Preferred Qualifications Previous pressure washing, landscaping, or construction experience (not required). Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
