Mechanical Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, our Mechanical Engineers are responsible for the innovation and development of new products, as well as supporting C&C Power and its customers with existing products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engineer and design parts and assemblies for new and existing products.
• Stay up-to-date on new components and products in the industry.
• Build and work with manufacturing on new design prototypes.
• Enter and maintain product bill of materials into ERP system.
• Support manufacturing and customers on products.
• Track R&D hours per project.
• Ensure all customers’ needs are met.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Solid Works or other 3D design software.
• Experience with AutoCad or other 2D drawing software.
• Experienced in fabrication of mechanical designs.
• Knowledge of engineering theory and design.
• Knowledge of industrial power systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to relate with all levels within the organization in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and organizational skills.
