What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Laser/Turret - Setup/Operator position at C&C Power, Inc.?
Come help us grow and have fun! C&C Power Inc. engineers and manufactures critical power backup and distribution products for data center, healthcare, industrial, and other markets. We have added a new position, CNC Laser/Turret - Setup/Operator, which reports to the Metal Fabrication Shop Manager. This individual sets up, operates, and maintains our Amada EML 2515 AJ Laser/Turret machine. Running press brakes is a secondary responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities
- Follow blueprints to ensure manufactured parts meet specifications.
- Adjust setups accordingly to ensure a quality product.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Communicate all machine-related issues with manager.
- Train to be proficient on various machines.
- Keep machines and workspace spotless.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience CNC Laser/Turret set up and operating. Familiarity with Amada machines preferred.
- Press brake experience a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to use measuring tools.
