What You Will Own
Leadership and Performance
- Lead and develop an installation team to consistently achieve revenue and performance goals
- Set clear expectations for quality, productivity, and professionalism
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to elevate skill level and accountability
- Build strong morale while maintaining high standards
Planning and Execution
- Oversee daily scheduling and workload distribution
- Translate business goals into structured, prioritized install plans
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve scheduling or workflow challenges
- Ensure customer needs are met without compromising quality
Quality, Safety, and Reporting
- Maintain exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in incident reviews and quality audits
- Track production, labor efficiency, and revenue performance
- Recommend promotions, transfers, and corrective actions as needed

What You Bring
- Five or more years of residential HVAC experience
- Minimum of two years managing HVAC install teams
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Strong leadership presence with proven team buy-in
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using office and scheduling technology systems
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
