What You'll Do
- Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues
- Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
- Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages, breaks, and other drainage concerns
- Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drain lines
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers
- Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems
- Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance
- Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management
What You Need
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new methods and technologies
