C&C Land Clearing & Excavation is hiring a heavy equipment operator who actually knows what they’re doing. If you can run equipment without tearing it up, read a job site, and keep production moving — keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running excavators, dozers, skid steers, and loaders daily
- Grading, trenching, clearing, and site prep
- Know how to set grade by-self need be
- Qualified in blueprint reading
- Working alongside a crew to get jobs DONE — not dragged out
- Keeping your machine clean, maintained, and running right
- Handling your business without being micromanaged
What We Expect
- You’ve got real seat time (not just a few months)
- You show up on time, every day
- You have a valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- You can pass a drug screen (we work with Ballad Health — no exceptions)
- You work hard and take pride in your work

- CDL
- Finish grading skills
- Experience around utilities
