Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients and address questions or concerns
- Provide accurate product information, assist with order processing, and resolve issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through precise data entry
- Use computer systems to track requests, feedback, and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customers’ experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role preferred
