Location: Defenbaugh St., Kokomo, Indiana

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Site Supervisor, you'll lead the daily operations at one of our commercial client locations in Kokomo. You'll ensure our team delivers exceptional cleaning services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting the on-site janitorial team
• Scheduling and coordinating daily cleaning assignments
• Conducting routine quality inspections throughout the facility
• Assisting with cleaning tasks whenever operational needs require
• Training and coaching employees on company procedures and safety standards
• Monitoring attendance, productivity, and overall team performance
• Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Ordering supplies and reporting equipment maintenance needs
• Completing inspection reports and operational documentation
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties when necessary
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, facilities management, hospitality, manufacturing, or another operations-focused environment
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures
• Experience with employee scheduling, quality inspections, customer service, or training team members

Shift Details

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday (primarily)
• Occasional evenings and weekends as operational needs require
• Approximately 40–45 hours per week
• On-Site Position
• Hourly Rate: $20.00–$24.00, based on experience
• Background check required
