Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of r commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums,janitorial tools efficiently and safely
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health standards and client expectations
- Use cleaning detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed, supplies used, and equipment maintenance
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards is highly valued
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns effectively
- Demonstrated reliability in following cleaning procedures and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
