Job Summary

C&C Beauty LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant / Packager to support daily business operations who is also a beauty and skincare lover!! This hybrid role combines hands-on packaging responsibilities with administrative and executive support to founder. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, hard working, creative and comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Order Fulfillment:

• Package products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and quality checks
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management
• Ensure packaging areas are clean, organized, and safe

Personal & Administrative Support:

• Familiarity with recording videos for social media (skincare, makeup beauty related, founder activities)
• Be creative to find and create contents with founder
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media strategies 
• Help coordinate orders, shipments, and customer inquiries
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation as needed
• Provide general support to leadership and assist with special projects

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and switch between administrative and hands-on duties
• Attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and documentation
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems)
• Professional communication and reliability
• Video editing and shooting skills to help edit shorts videos for social media accounts 

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in packaging, warehouse operations, or administrative support
• Marketing and social media experience 
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
