We are currently seeking LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC clinicians to join our School-Based Mental Health Team located in Baltimore Inner City Schools. What You'll Do
As a School-Based Mental Health Therapist, you will:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on each client's unique needs.
- Meet regularly with assigned clients to support treatment goals and positive outcomes.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, social workers, case managers, probation officers, and other community partners to ensure coordinated care.
- Continually assess client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
- Maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations while supporting positive client outcomes.
- Perform other duties that contribute to quality care and program success.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must:
- Hold an active Maryland LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC license in good standing.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
- Be passionate about serving children, adolescents, and families in a school-based setting located in Baltimore City.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
