Join our team as a Night Sanitation Lead and help ensure our food production facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality. This is a working lead position, meaning you'll perform sanitation duties while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the sanitation team.

Night Shift: Start times vary between 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM, depending on production needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside the night sanitation team.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas.
• Perform and assist with Clean-in-Place (CIP) and manual cleaning procedures.
• Conduct sanitation inspections and assist during USDA walkthroughs.
• Train and coach sanitation employees on proper cleaning methods, food safety, and safe work practices.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure company policies and sanitation standards are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve sanitation processes and efficiencies.
• Report food safety, quality, and sanitation concerns to the Night Sanitation Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of sanitation, food manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• Previous experience leading, training, or directing employees preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Employees work in a food production environment with water, cleaning chemicals, wet surfaces, varying temperatures, and production equipment. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
