C & B Operations is seeking a Regional Service Manager based out of Northeast Montana to lead Service teams across multiple John Deere dealership locations - Miles City, Glasgow, Plentywood, Glendive, Circle, and Culbertson. This role is responsible for driving service profitability, improving customer satisfaction, and strengthening overall service performance across the region.
You will lead people, processes, and performance—ensuring service departments are operating efficiently, consistently, and profitably while developing strong, engaged teams.

- Leads Service Manager teams across multiple locations within their region
- Develops and executes annual service goals, budgets, and aftermarket growth plans
- Drives service profitability through labor, parts, and operational efficiency
- Improves and standardizes service department processes and customer experience
- Analyzes KPIs, financials, and operational reports to identify opportunities and gaps
- Partners with leadership on aftermarket sales and marketing strategies
- Supports and develops Service Managers, Advisors, and Technicians
- Resolves escalated service issues and customer concerns
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives across facilities and operations
- 5 years of multi-location leadership experience
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Strong understanding of service operations, financial performance, and KPIs
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Experience in ag equipment or dealership environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
