Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting.
Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC Swiss
- Perform setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and production requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
- Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in operating various machinery including CNC machines, press brake machines, and hand tools.
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

Shift Schedule: Sunday, Friday & Saturday from 4:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
