Architectural Metal Division Manager

C&K is hiring a results-driven leader to take command of our Architectural Sheet Metal division. If you're the kind of person who thrives in the chaos of construction, turns problems into process, and wants to build something that lasts—this is your next move.
What You’ll Do
You’ll run the show—from quote to close:
- Review and interpret blueprints to develop accurate estimates and winning bids
- Quote jobs, manage material procurement, and oversee equipment needs
- Own job-level payroll tracking and weekly payroll accuracy
- Lead and develop a crew of installers and in-house fabricators
- Run weekly planning, safety, and performance meetings
- Handle billing and collections with general contractors
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate with suppliers
- Attend jobsite meetings and own field-level coordination
- Keep quality high, margins tight, and clients coming back
What You Bring
- Proven experience in construction or exterior finishes (siding, roofing, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints
- Solid understanding of project timelines, procurement, and cost control
- Strong leadership skills—you’ve managed crews, trained new hires, and built culture
- You're organized and accountable—you own results, not excuses
- Familiarity with architectural sheet metal is a major plus
