Description:
Apartment Services, Inc. is hiring a skilled Renovation Carpenter to work on kitchen and bathroom remodels across our properties. This role involves framing, drywall, tile, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical work. We're looking for a dependable team player who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work independently or as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demolish kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, walls, and cabinetry
- Frame walls, install doors, and make structural modifications
- Install plumbing fixtures (tubs, toilets, faucets, water lines)
- Complete basic electrical tasks (fixtures, appliances, switches)
- Hang, repair, and finish drywall
- Install cabinets, hardware, and countertops
- Complete tile work, including shower waterproofing and floor tile
- Perform snow removal duties during winter weather events
- Maintain organized and secure workspaces
- Travel between company properties as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of residential renovation or construction experience
- Skilled in carpentry, drywall, tile, plumbing, and light electrical
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Proficient with tools and safety practices
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Use of a vehicle for the duration of each scheduled shift is mandatory.
