Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using proven project management methodologies such as Jobtread.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, schedule, budget, risk management strategies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project scope through scope management techniques, ensuring scope creep is minimized while accommodating necessary changes via change management processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams by providing leadership, motivation, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, Primavera P6 or Jobtread to track progress and update stakeholders regularly.
- Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee program development and program management activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project performance using earned value management (EVM), cost control measures, and quality management practices to ensure projects stay on track financially and temporally.
- Facilitate meetings effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency, resolve conflicts promptly, and foster team cohesion.
- Manage vendor relationships by overseeing vendor management processes including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma projects or Kaizen events aimed at process optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, issues, and outcomes for executive leadership.
Skills
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, frameworks and Jobtread.
- Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in managing diverse teams across multiple projects or programs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Primavera P6 or equivalent software platforms like Workday, SharePoint or Jobtread.
- Advanced skills in requirements analysis & requirements management to define clear deliverables aligned with business needs.
- Expertise in process mapping & business process modeling for effective program development & implementation strategies.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentation delivery & stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
- Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure projects including ERP systems or content management systems is a plus.
- Data analysis skills for collecting insights that inform decision-making & process improvements using SAS or similar tools.
- Vendor management experience with contracts negotiation & performance oversight to ensure quality deliverables within budget constraints.

- Pickup and deliver storage and equipment trailers to from job sites as well as transport dump trailers refuse facilities.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
