What You Will Do
- Active first line of support for Level 1 and 2 requests
- Provide great customer support for our employees
- Trouble ticket documentation, follow-ups, and resolution
- Break/fix PC hardware, OS, applications, and accessories
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting related network and system issues
- Communicate with other IT team members to problem resolution
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Demonstrates great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Help Desk ticket system and asset inventory
- Experience working remotely or hands-on to troubleshoot or fulfill requests
- Setting up new computers and related systems by; installing, configuring and maintaining desktop hardware and software
- Troubleshooting skills are required as you will interact with end users to research and solve hardware and software related issues
- Other responsibilities will include; documenting installation procedures, maintaining hardware and software inventory lists and installation/troubleshooting of other IT related systems.
- Additionally, will be responsible for maintaining essential security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- At least one year experience in a previous capacity
- Position is 100% On-Site (no Hybrid or remote)
- Must be US citizen or full-time resident
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
- Prefer Associates Degree/Certificate in Computer Systems or similar areas
- Previous Manufacturing IT experience is a definite plus
