Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Officer Manager to support our firm operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office workflow, assisting with client deliverables, and representing our firm with professionalism and enthusiasm.As a brand ambassador for C&A Tax Advisors, you will embody our commitment to exceptional client service, integrity, and efficiency in every interaction—both within the firm and externally. You will also represent the firm at networking and community events, helping to promote our brand and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and assemble tax returns, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client deliverables.
- Organize, scan, and manage work papers and client files using office technology.
- Perform data entry and verification in internet-based software programs.
- Compare and reconcile data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and process engagement letters and other client-related documents.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create operational efficiencies.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong time and project management skills.
- Interact professionally with internal and external clients, providing clear communication and courteous support at all times.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the firm’s values and professionalism in all client interactions and at community or networking events.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional services or CPA firm.
- Familiarity with accounting, tax, or document management systems.
- Customer service experience in a client-facing role.
