Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal teams to meet fulfillment needs and uphold a high level of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and attention to detail to be successful in this role.
This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and unpack items for storage in the warehouse in an efficient and organized manner
- Perform data entry of orders using designated carrier shipping software
- Print and organize shipping requests to prepare orders for processing
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory and shipments are secure and well-organized
- Build and wrap pallets to ensure secure shipments with freight carriers
- Participate in team offloading of full truck and container loads
- Examine shipment contents and compare them against manifests, invoices, or orders to ensure accuracy
- Receive and accurately count stock items, recording data both manually and electronically
- Label stock items using identification tags, stamps, electronic marking tools, or other labeling equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections to identify defects or damage in accordance with company guidelines
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill both specific and ongoing fulfillment and shipping needs
- Maintain a high level of service by adhering to company quality standards and industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Document necessary process updates and support inventory management efforts
- Organize and catalog large batches of similar items using both written and electronic systems
- Utilize software systems (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, and others) to view, edit, and manage data throughout the workday
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including data entry, lookups, and sorting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, SharePoint) and email management
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong computer proficiency
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:
This position is warehouse-based and subject to variable environmental conditions. Warehouse work is physically strenuous. Workers are typically required to lift heavy packages, bend, stoop, or operate heavy equipment. Workers may have to stand frequently and walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
