WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a true right-hand role to company leadership. You'll keep the executive team organized, the office running, and our properties well managed. The right person is proactive, calm under pressure, and takes pride in making everything around them work better. This position reports directly to the President & CEO.
Executive Support
- Own leadership calendars, scheduling, and meeting prep
- Track and reconcile executive credit card expenses
- Draft reports, presentations, and key documents
- Maintain digital files and keep action items moving
Office & Facilities
- Manage vendors: janitorial, HVAC, security, landscaping, pest control, and more
- Schedule maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Handle onboarding logistics, supply ordering, and day-to-day office needs
Property Management
- Oversee company-owned properties
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services for each property
- Track lease terms, key dates, and tenant communications
Compliance & Operations
- Track and renew permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as Notary Public for company and executive documents
- Coordinate internal events — trainings, team lunches, holiday parties, and more
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Highly organized with the follow-through to match
- Professional and calm; equally comfortable with executives and everyday logistics
- Strong communicator
- Experience in office management, facilities, or a similar multi-function role
- Sound judgment with spending, vendors, and confidential information
- Notary Public certification (or willing to obtain)
- College degree or coursework preferred

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
