Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Duties:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or special instructions
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up patient's living space
- Help with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient care

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of catheter care, dementia care, memory care, tube feeding, and medical documentation is a plus
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
