We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team.Senior Project ManagerAlign resources for optimal results across the divisionGenerate and know correct and timely project informationDevelop a thorough understanding of the contract documentsDevelop the overall project plan and set expectations for the project teamCreate the preliminary project schedule and update progressPerform the job set up for the project including contract review, cost codes, and budgetCatalog and track submittals, RFI(s), PCO(s), quantities, and equipmentPerform the subcontractor and supplier buy out for the project and approves invoices weeklySubmit all information and questions to customer necessary for efficient executionSubmit timely pay applications while keeping Account Receivable currentParticipate in the structured occasions as identified in the Planning & Measurement ProcessResponsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project teamMaintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the projectRequirements:Must have valid driver's licenseMust participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.Subject to a background screening processC.A.
