This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Location: Oakland, CA (within a 25 mile radius)
- This position is Full time 32 / hours a week
- Compensation: $20 hourly
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
- You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
- Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low.
- This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
- This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day
- You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
- This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.
- Fuel stipends - $35/ day

- Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering product, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.
- Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores
- Drive to various retail locations
- Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves
- Report findings and data to management through downloaded app
- Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
- Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team
- Attend client kick off video calls
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers.
- Monitor sales volume and inventory levels.
- Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate.
- Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders.
- Support promotional activities by negotiating/building displays to ensure product is available for consumers.
- Place in-store promotional materials; neck-hangers, aisle stoppers, danglers, coupons, samples etc.
- Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins.
- Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram.
- Take pictures of products, displays and competitive sets.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed.
- Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed.
- Additional activities as requested by company management.

- Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer.
