Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineer with a focus on cloud platforms, specifically AWS. In this role, you'll engage with stakeholders on technical decisions, best practices and risk management while engineering and securing cloud capabilities and infrastructure.Salary range: $235,000 - $260,000

Skills Requirements:
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders on technical decisions, best practices, and risk management
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving cloud technologies and infrastructure management tools
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of network architecture and security principles
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements for cloud solutions
Nice to Haves:
- Associate-level or higher commercial cloud certification (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in AWS security services (IAM, SCPs, Config, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform) and related languages (YAML, JSON, Python)
- Knowledge of automation tools like SaltStack, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Experience Requirement:

8 yrs. with a B.S. in Computer Science or a technical discipline
Clearance Requirement:
