Role Description
This is a full-time position seeking an experienced Level 1-2 Desktop Support Technician. This is a hybrid role that includes mornings onsite at a client location in Bellaire and afternoons as a floater between field support and our helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will have EXCELLENT customer service skills, strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies and SharePoint, and the ability to address basic networking questions. This position also requires someone comfortable with hands-on tasks such as troubleshooting and equipment setups, which may involve working under desks.
