Field Service Engineer 

Are you someone who enjoys traveling, exploring, and connecting with new people?   Then the Field Service Engineer position at Bystronic is perfect for you!  As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and repairing Bystronic Laser Cutting and Automation systems, and Press Brake Machines.    This position requires 100% overnight travel, Monday-Friday.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, commission and troubleshoot machine tools.
  • Deliver top-notch technical support to customers to guarantee the peak performance of sheet metal machinery.
  • Enter service reports.
  • Diagnose mechanical, and electrical problems, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, install new machines.
  • Provide training guidance on machine operation, maintenance, and safety at customer locations to achieve optimal productivity.
