What You Will Do
Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons aligned with kindergarten or primary curricula, including IB, IPC, or school-specific ESL programmes
Create a safe, supportive, and culturally inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive
Assess student progress using a range of strategies and provide constructive, timely feedback
Maintain clear and regular communication with parents and school leadership regarding student development and wellbeing
Collaborate with local co-teachers and academic teams to integrate language development with subject learning
Contribute to school life through participation in events, seasonal activities, and professional development sessions
Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students in an international learning environment
Required Qualifications
A recognised teaching qualification or degree relevant to Early Years, Primary Education, or a related subject area
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification ( min 120 hours)
Native English speakers
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive learning environments
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work collaboratively in an international and cross-cultural setting
Commitment to student wellbeing, professional conduct, and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
Experience teaching within IB, IPC, bilingual, international, or ESL curricula
Valid State Teaching Licence
Previous experience teaching kindergarten or primary-aged students
Experience living, studying, or working abroad
Confidence working with co-teachers and multilingual learners
Recent graduates with relevant education training and a strong interest in international teaching are encouraged to be considered
