Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineer Technician position based in Fairfield, OH. The Engineer Technician will be responsible for setting up, inspecting, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment used in thermal processing operations. Daily tasks include performing quality checks, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, monitoring production processes, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. Collaboration with the engineering team to enhance product quality and efficiency is integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and related documents
- Experience in quality checks, product inspections, and process monitoring
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards within a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant technical certifications or training are a plus
- Previous experience in the thermal processing or manufacturing industry is advantageous
Compensation • Starting at $65,000/year (commensurate with experience)
