Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) - Rockford

Job Summary: Byrne Electrical Specialists is seeking a motivated individual to join the shipping team to help with every day shipping needs.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities And Job Requirements

• Arrange for the timely and accurate shipment of all customer orders.
• Process packages for shipping, ensuring order is complete and all necessary paperwork and labeling is attached.
• Arrange product on skids per customer requirements and prepare for shipment.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for shipments (examples include Bills of Lading, Customs Paperwork, and Packing Slips.)
• Contact carriers to schedule outbound shipments.
• Gather completed production from the lines and bring to Shipping to assemble and ship order.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability by quickly transitioning between roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains excellent attendance to support consistent team performance and operational success.
• Willing to work extended hours as needed to support production demands.
• Certified and experienced in operating Hi-LO (forklift) equipment safely and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required
