Responsibilities for Customer Service / Account Representative:
- Collections account management
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend training classes & meetings
- Assist with credit origination
Hours for Customer Service / Account Representative:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- 40 hours a week
- Rotate Saturdays 8-1
- Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
- Office hours: M-F 9-6, Sat 8-1
Requirements for Customer Service / Account Representative:
- Collections or customer retention experience
- Able to work onsite
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer/keyboard skills
