Byrider is growing! We're looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our Service Department in Parkersburg.

If you have experience in customer service, automotive service, scheduling, service advising, or another customer-facing leadership role, we'd like to hear from you.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and the tools you need to learn our systems, understand our service process, and grow within the company.

• $40,000–$60,000 base salary, based on experience

As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll help keep the Service Department running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Service Manager with daily department operations
• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
• Answer incoming calls and customer questions
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers regarding service and repairs
• Prepare and complete repair orders accurately
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and management
• Help monitor the status of vehicles throughout the service process
• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient service department
• Help ensure company service standards and customer expectations are met

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with both customers and a service team.

You'll bring:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Automotive service or dealership experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Professional phone and customer service skills
• Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
