The Landscape Foreman will oversee landscape construction projects across residential developments. Reporting directly to the company owner, this role will coordinate daily site activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and support successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare residential development sites for landscape construction.
- Install plants, sod, irrigation systems, and hardscape features.
- Manage irrigation installation, operation, and maintenance activities.
- Operate construction and landscape equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform grading and other site preparation tasks.
- Maintain compliance with worksite safety requirements.
- Travel and drive between multiple local project sites.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in landscape construction.
- Valid driver’s license and can pull trailer.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and hardscape installation.
- Ability to identify plants and install sod.
- Experience operating construction equipment.
- Understanding of worksite safety practices.
- Demonstrated crew leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of grading methods.
Salary : $200 - $250
