Registered Nurse - ICU Day and Night Positions

The Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care plan of patients within the skilled nursing setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by LPN's, C.N.A.'s, Nursing Assistants and other supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching as applicable. Administers infusions as per doctor's orders.


Position Qualifications

Education:

  • Education requirements met before obtaining Licensure thru the State of Louisiana


    • Experience:

  • One year of experience in a healthcare environment preferred

  • One year of Registered Nurse experience in the area of application preferred


    • Licenses/Certificates:

  • Current Registered Nurse license (either Louisiana RN or Compact RN) verified thru Louisiana State Board of Nursing or Nursys
