Job Summary
Are you a person who loves building client relationships? The relationship manager is a client facing role and supports ongoing office operations. You will be a vital part of the team helping support the primary financial advisor. We are seeking a self-starting professional who will work through all aspects of the client experience, including paperwork, meeting preparations, as well as direct client communication. In addition, this individual responds to client’s day-to-day requests and office administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to and complete incoming client and advisor requests
· Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and workflow among team members
· Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
· Prepare portfolio reviews for client meetings
· Maintain and update client records on our CRM
· Prepare forms for clients and provide documented follow-up
· Resolve client issues proactively and efficiently
· Assist with coordinating and planning client events
· Represent the firm at client events, charitable events, and conference or training opportunities
· Maintain compliance records with our Broker Dealer
· Ensure a positive client experience
· Assist clients with their online experience
Qualifications
Education & Experience
· Preference given to a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
· FINRA Series 6/7, Series 65/66 preferred (or willing to obtain within 1 year)
· Minimum of 2-5 years of office management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Skills
· Strong organization skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects throughout the day and prioritize accordingly
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Experience using a CRM such as Redtail

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in office position in a professional setting. Our business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm and requires occasional attendance at client events. Byrd Financial Group is a close-knit team who has been serving clients in the Pacific Northwest and Nationwide for over 40 years. Securities and advisory services offered through LPL Financial, a registered investment advisor, member FINRA/SIPC.
Compensation
Byrd Financial Group offers competitive benefits. We offer health insurance, retirement plan contributions, as well as PTO and paid holidays. The salary range for this position is 50k-60k depending on experience.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
