We are currently growing intentionally and looking for a Head of Operations / Production Manager to bring clarity, accountability, and consistency to our projects and team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in execution, team alignment, and building systems that allow projects to run smoothly without chaos.
About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring that projects move forward predictably, teams stay aligned, and operations run with structure and discipline.
You will work directly with the CEO and oversee project managers, field leaders, and internal processes to ensure the company operates efficiently and consistently.
This is not a sales role and not a purely administrative role.
It is an execution leadership position focused on making the business run better every day.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution Leadership
- Oversee all active projects to ensure schedule, communication, and execution stay on track
- Maintain visibility across multiple jobs and identify issues before they become problems
- Ensure projects are properly staffed and resourced
Team Alignment & Accountability
- Lead weekly operations and accountability meetings
- Set clear expectations for project managers and field leaders
- Hold team members accountable to timelines, responsibilities, and performance
- Support the team in removing bottlenecks and solving problems
Process & System Management
- Ensure company processes are followed consistently across all projects
- Improve workflows to reduce friction and increase efficiency
- Maintain structure in communication, reporting, and project execution
- Track key project milestones and ensure follow-through
Client Experience Oversight
- Ensure consistent, professional communication with clients
- Step in to support or resolve escalated issues when needed
- Maintain a calm, organized experience for clients throughout the build
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with pre-construction, project management, and field teams
- Ensure clean handoffs between phases of each project
- Align internal teams so everyone is working from the same plan
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Reviewing project schedules and identifying risks or delays
- Leading team meetings and driving clear decisions
- Checking in with PMs and field leaders on project status
- Solving operational bottlenecks before they impact progress
- Ensuring communication between office and field is clear and consistent
- Keeping projects and people aligned with the overall plan

- Communication is consistent and professional internally and externally

Requirements
- 5 years in construction, operations, or project leadership
- Experience managing teams and multiple projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to balance structure with practical problem-solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Residential/ Commercial construction experience preferred
