Position Summary
We are seeking a Fulfillment Lead who will oversee daily fulfillment operations, including offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, packing orders for distribution, and supporting warehouse team productivity and accuracy. This role is responsible for ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining safety standards, assisting with training team members, and helping coordinate daily warehouse activities to meet operational goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely order completion
- Coordinate workflow and delegate tasks to fulfillment team members based on operational priorities
- Serve as a point of contact for warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and problem resolution throughout the shift
- Monitor team performance and assist in maintaining efficiency standards and operational goals
- Train, mentor, and onboard new fulfillment employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Read, interpret, and prioritize work orders to ensure accurate processing and distribution
- Oversee the offloading of delivery trucks and organization of incoming inventory in designated storage areas
- Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
- Oversee packing and shipping processes to ensure orders meet company standards and delivery timelines
- Coordinate loading of completed shipments onto delivery trucks for distribution
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and maintaining organized warehouse operations
- Finalize work orders and ensure accurate database and inventory system updates
- Enforce adherence to company policies, warehouse procedures, and state health and safety regulations
- Communicate operational challenges, staffing needs, and process improvement opportunities to management
- Support leadership in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment and productivity goals
- Proven work experience as a Fulfillment Associate, Fulfillment Specialist, or similar warehouse role
- Previous lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong problem-solving skills and initiatives
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
