Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is a fast-paced production environment where employees help mix, blend, cook, package, and prepare a variety of jarred food products.
Production schedules requires 10-hour shifts 4 days a week depending on production demands.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack food products on the production line.
- Load ingredients into industrial mixing and cooking equipment.
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
- Perform end-of-line packing and packaging duties.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
- Previous food manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Preferred: (optional)
- Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices
- Better Process Control School Course Certification.
Compensation:
Food Packers will be compensated by hourly wages; Food Packers will receive a weekly paycheck.
