Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our CTR division within the Repair Department. This role involves ensuring the efficient cleaning, testing, and regasketing of heat exchanger plates, followed by their installation, and managing daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must uphold a professional demeanor, communicate effectively with customers, and demonstrate mechanical expertise, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
The Service Technician will oversee jobsite operations and warehouse activities related to the CTR division. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities include ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards, while effectively interacting with customers at client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform cleaning, testing, and regasketing of heat exchanger plates accurately and on time while adhering to quality standards.
2. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
3. Stay focused and productive throughout the workday.
4. Accept assignments, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime as required.
5. Overtime and weekend work may be required
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a mechanical field.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Must demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance, as it is a crucial requirement for this role.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive bending, stooping, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Valid California driver’s license with a clear record (no DUIs) to travel to local client sites for repairs.
