Grinder/Polisher

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grinder/Polisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing metal components to meet precise specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding and polishing equipment, including hand tools and automated machines
• Remove excess material, burrs, and imperfections from surfaces
• Polish parts to achieve required finishes, such as matte, satin, or mirror
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grinding, polishing, or metal finishing is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
