Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team. This role combines operational responsibilities with business development efforts, ensuring smooth logistics while driving growth through marketing and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations
• Enforce company and DOT safety procedures
• Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units
• Operate the Go Mini's truck to deliver and pick up portable storage units.
• Perform facility opening and closing functions
• Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures
• Prepare, evaluate, and balance the employee and delivery schedules
• Manage facility inventory and assets
• Successfully manage and collect past-due accounts
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency, safety, and goal achievement
• Assist with marketing initiatives and consistently build relationships with accounts
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient software skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule
• Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed
• Proficiency in English
