Rental Advisor – Join the Adventure at Byerly RV!

As a Rental Advisor, you’ll help customers plan their RV adventures from start to finish while ensuring our rental fleet is ready to hit the road. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can juggle multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers explore and enjoy the RV lifestyle
• Coordinate and schedule RV rental bookings
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Collect payments and manage customer deposits
• Work closely with technicians to ensure rentals are maintained and ready for delivery
• Assist with estimates, parts ordering, and repair tracking
• Support customers while they are traveling and answer on-the-road questions
• Organize and manage a constantly changing rental schedule
• Tow trailers and drive motorhomes of various sizes
• Provide exceptional customer service every step of the way

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, travel, automotive, RV, or rental industries preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain product features and assist customers confidently

Schedule

• Full-time, hourly non-exempt position
• Day shifts with some Saturdays required
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based but also involves time outdoors, in the shop, and inside RVs. Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions and moderate to high noise levels at times.
