Outdoor Construction & Landscape Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Construction & Landscape Project Manager to lead our landscaping and outdoor construction projects with energy, precision, and a passion for excellence. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, and ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver outstanding outdoor environments that enhance our clients’ properties and outdoor spaces. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate outdoor construction and landscaping crews to ensure timely project completion
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair
• Manage tree care operations such as planting, trimming, removal, and health assessments
• Implement landscaping plans while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Provide hands-on leadership in construction tasks including site preparation, grading, paving, fencing, and hardscaping
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in outdoor construction or landscape projects with strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, irrigation systems, and horticulture principles
• Skilled in construction techniques related to hardscaping, fencing, paving, and site development
• Familiarity with tree care practices such as planting, pruning, removal, and health assessment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or project managers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus
