Job Summary
Bye-Bye Dirt Cleaners is a growing, fully licensed, bonded, and insured residential cleaning company serving Chandler and the East Valley. We're looking for experienced, reliable cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be treated like a professional — not a number.
We're different from most cleaning jobs: we provide all the supplies and professional equipment, we pay above the field, and you keep every dollar of your tips. You bring your skills, your attention to detail, and your own reliable vehicle to get to jobs — we handle the rest.
What you'll do:
- Clean residential homes to our checklist and quality standards
- Follow each client's preferences and skip-areas (we give you the details before every job)
- Take quick before/after photos and complete a simple job sign-off
- Represent Bye-Bye Dirt Cleaners professionally in clients' homes
What we're looking for:
- Prior house cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in a job done right
Pay & perks:
- Paid per job — typically $80–$120 per cleaning (about $30–$40/hour based on a standard 2–4 hour clean)
- You keep 100% of your tips
